You’ve grown. But you know you can’t get to the next level alone.
Who You Become Inside The Foundry Advisory

Does This Sound Like You?

Our Story
The Foundry Advisory is a Christ-centered peer advisory for established Christian business owners who are ready for what’s next. It’s a place where faith and business aren’t separated, and where leadership decisions, strategy, and stewardship are processed alongside peers who share your convictions and your level of responsibility.
Everything we do is guided by a proven framework that helps leaders sharpen their thinking, align decisions with faith, and follow through with clarity and accountability.
The Foundry Advisory began with a single group in 2022 and has grown into multiple cohorts and a thriving member community. Along the way, we’ve seen a consistent pattern: leaders gain clarity faster, make better decisions with fewer regrets, and experience stronger leadership growth when they’re not carrying it alone.
Our Purpose
Statement of Faith
The Foundry Four Framework
Sharpen
(Proverbs 27:17, ESV)
Sharpen is about letting trusted peers refine your thinking, surface blind spots, and strengthen what God is already doing in you. You’re not stepping into a classroom; you’re stepping into a forge.
Align
(Proverbs 16:3, ESV)
Align means bringing your priorities, decisions, and direction under God’s leadership—not just adding faith language to your plans. Through prayer, wise counsel, and honest feedback, you get clear on what matters most and walk away confident about the path you’re choosing.
Execute
(James 1:22, ESV)
Execute is where clarity turns into movement. We define next steps in real time, set measurable commitments, and check back in. Accountability isn’t pressure here—it’s a gift that helps you follow through on what you said matters.
Impact
(Matthew 5:16, ESV)
Impact is stewardship in motion. As God grows your influence, you lead with integrity and purpose—at home, in your business, and in your community—so the fruit of your leadership points back to Him.
THE FOUNDRY FOUR
Built on Four Kingdom Principles
Sharpen
“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17
We believe real growth happens when peers ask honest questions and speak truth in love. We challenge assumptions, surface blind spots, and refine each other’s thinking.

Align
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… he will make straight your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5-6
We bring every decision under God’s leadership, not just our own logic. Kingdom purpose guides our priorities, strategies, and pace.

Decide
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God… and it will be given to him.” — James 1:5
We combine prayer, peer counsel, and clear thinking to make confident decisions. No one carries big choices without trusted counsel here.

Execute
“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only.” — James 1:22
We don’t just talk about vision—we set dates, declare next steps, and follow through. Accountability is a gift that helps us do what God has placed on our hearts.

Multiply
“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’” — Matthew 25:21
We steward what God has entrusted to us—relationships, opportunities, resources—so they grow and compound for Kingdom impact.
