1 facilitator
Each Chapter has a qualified facilitator that has extensive entrepreneurial experience and has been trained to facilitate a group. This person guides the conversation in the monthly meetings and meets one on one with each member of the group.
10 members
We keep each chapter at 10 members to encourage healthy conversation and broad perspectives. We feel like the 8-10 number per chapter gives that healthy balance of encouragement, challenge, and room to have a voice.
1 monthly meeting
These monthly meetings will either be in person in your city or via zoom if there isn’t a Foundry chapter in your zip code. These meetings are a half day, to work on the business, not in it. We have a check in, share financial information, issue process, and speak into each other's businesses.
accountability
The group is designed to create an intimate environment of accountability and encouragement. Both equally truth and grace. You’ll meet one on one with the other members of the group and your facilitator. This group will hold you accountable to your goals in all aspects of your life.
I joined the Foundry about 6 months ago. Since then I have found a new family. A Christian family that has helped me learn how to get closer to God and provided me with wisdom and business feedback all from a Christian perspective. It has change how I think and feel and I am a huge fan.

Receive intentional monthly one-on-one coaching with one of our Foundry facilitators. We have a 12 month coaching roadmap going over the following core competencies of business and tying it to our faith: leadership, marketing, sales, finance, operations, teamwork, service, product, planning, growth, compliance, transitioning.

Receive a private two day offsite intensive with a full scale strategic plan. In this offsite we review north star anchors, establish long term vision, strategize goals, create activations, refine operations, and fine tune finances in order to help accelerate and optimize your business for the future.

Our membership events include our quarterly socials as well as our lunch n’ learns. The quarterly socials connect you with business owners from other chapters and help you gain more relationships and exposure. The lunch n’ learns provide education on a specific important business topic.

Once a year, we get away as business owners together to restore our soul and refocus our business. Over the course of three days, you will experience inspiring keynote speakers, transformative breakout sessions, and moments of reflection that will bring your business goals and your faith into harmony.
