As a Christian business owner, it’s important to prioritize kingdom values in all aspects of your business. This means going beyond just making a profit and considering how you interact with your employees, customers, and the wider community. You should use principles like integrity, compassion, justice, and stewardship as the foundation of your business operations. To ensure you’re doing this effectively, test your practices against these pillars.

Integrity in Action

Integrity is the foundation of your business. It means conducting yourself and your business affairs with honesty, transparency, and ethical behavior. Your identity in Christ calls you to be a person of integrity, keeping your word, and treating others with respect and fairness.

Compassion and Care

Your identity in Christ leads you to embody compassion and care in your business dealings. It means going beyond transactions and genuinely valuing the well-being of your employees and customers. By showing empathy, kindness, and support, you create a positive and uplifting work environment that reflects God’s love.

Pursuing Justice

As a Christian business owner, you are called to pursue justice in your business practices. This involves treating everyone equitably, addressing any differences, and promoting fairness. Upholding justice means advocating for the rights and dignity of all individuals, both within your organization and in your interactions with suppliers and stakeholders.

Stewardship and Responsibility
